MEXICO.

A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 530 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST
OF MANZANILLO MEXICO IS PRODUCING DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS. DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...OF THIS SYSTEM SHOULD BE SLOW
TO OCCUR AS IT MOVES NORTH-NORTHWESTWARD AT ABOUT 5 MPH THROUGH
SUNDAY. THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE...10 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A
