SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY REMAINS DISORGANIZED IN ASSOCIATION
WITH A MID-LEVEL CIRCULATION LOCATED ABOUT 300 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST
OF MANZANILLO MEXICO. THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF A SURFACE LOW...AND ANY
DEVELOPMENT OF THIS WEAK DISTURBANCE SHOULD BE SLOW TO OCCUR. THIS
SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE...10 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A TROPICAL
CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT AROUND 10
MPH.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
