WITH A WEAK AREA OF LOW PRESSURE CENTERED ABOUT 200 MILES
SOUTH OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA. STRONG UPPER-LEVEL
WINDS SHOULD INHIBIT ANY SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT...AND THIS SYSTEM
HAS A LOW CHANCE...NEAR 0 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE
DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT ABOUT 5 MPH.
