1100 PM PDT WED AUG 29 2012

FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON RECENTLY
UPGRADED HURRICANE ILEANA...LOCATED ABOUT 335 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.

A LARGE AREA OF DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDS
FROM CENTRAL AMERICA WESTWARD FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES. SOME
GRADUAL DEVELOPMENT OF THIS DISTURBANCE IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD TO WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 5 TO
10 MPH. THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE...10 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A
TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
