REMAIN DISORGANIZED. HOWEVER...ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS REMAIN
CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT...AND A TROPICAL DEPRESSION COULD FORM
WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THIS SYSTEM HAS A MEDIUM CHANCE...50
PERCENT...OF BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS
