CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS ASSOCIATED WITH A BROAD LOW AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE A FEW HUNDRED MILES SOUTH OF ACAPULCO HAVE DIMINISHED
TONIGHT. HOWEVER...ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST TO BE
CONDUCIVE FOR SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS DISTURBANCE OVER THE NEXT
FEW DAYS. THIS SYSTEM HAS A MEDIUM CHANCE...30 PERCENT...OF
BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES
GENERALLY WESTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
