SOUTH OF THE COAST OF GUATEMALA WESTWARD FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES.
UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE CURRENTLY ONLY MARGINALLY CONDUCIVE FOR
DEVELOPMENT. HOWEVER...THEY ARE FORECAST TO BECOME MORE FAVORABLE
IN ANOTHER DAY OR SO. THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE...10 PERCENT...
OF BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES
GENERALLY WESTWARD TO WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT AROUND 10 MPH.
