KM/H...AND A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH...NORTHEAST...AND EAST-NORTHEAST
WITH DECREASING FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  WEAKENING IS FORECAST...AND THE CYCLONE IS EXPECTED TO
